Refund Policy

The Simple Version

We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you haven't used any credits. Once credits are used, that portion is non-refundable because we've already incurred the computing costs to generate your recipes.

Full Refund Eligibility

You qualify for a full refund if:

  • Your request is within 7 days of purchase
  • You have used 0 credits from the purchased pack

Partial Refunds

We don't offer partial refunds for unused credits. Once you've used even one credit, the subscription is considered used. This is because each recipe generation has real computational costs that we've already paid.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical error during recipe generation (the site crashed, the generation failed, or you received an obviously broken result), we'll restore the credit manually. Just email us with details of what happened.

Subscription Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:

  • You keep access until the end of your current billing period
  • Any unused credits remain in your account indefinitely
  • You can use remaining credits even without an active subscription
  • No refund is issued for the current billing period

How to Request a Refund

Email support@justgivemethefuckingrecipe.com with:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • Your reason for requesting a refund

We'll process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days. The refund will go back to your original payment method.
